These pipes are extruded on state-of-the-art extruders and are socketed on online belling machines. The fittings are manufactured in collapsible core moulds to ensure straight, sharp finish of the grooves, which finally ensures the highest degree of dimensional accuracy and product strength. This requires no threading or solvent for joining. The spigot end is held firmly in the socket by the reinforced Yellow SealTM provided in the groove. It ensures leak-proof joints that can withstand high pressure and prevents choking. This system is made in high tech, new generation machines that ensure correct thickness, dimensional stability part after part. This advanced co-moulded ring – Yellow SealTM, enables the joints to withstand high pressures and also compensates for the thermal expansion and contraction of plastic.
